We are confident in the superior quality of our DC motors and designs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your order is fully insured. In the rare event that a component (like an LED kit or glass cover) arrives damaged, we will ship a replacement part immediately, free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.
