  • In the rare event that your item arrives with any damage (broken crystal, etc.), simply contact us within 48 hours.

We want you to be 100% in love with your new atmosphere. If you are not completely satisfied:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and in uninstalled, “as-new” condition.
